INGREDIENTS
1 packet of premade ravioli
250g butter
Zest & juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp of pesto

METHOD

1.    Bring a generous amount of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain them well.


2.   In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and pesto until well combined.


3.     Add the cooked ravioli directly into the saucepan with the pesto butter sauce. Toss the ravioli gently to coat them evenly with the sauce.


4.     Serve the ravioli immediately while hot and coated with the flavorful pesto butter sauce. 

TIP

Top with freshly grated parmesan & serve with a warm fociacca.
