INGREDIENTS
450g fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp butter
2 tsp minced garlic
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp fresh thyme

 

METHOD

1.    Add butter and garlic to a large pan. Melt butter over medium heat.


2.    Stir in mushrooms and herbs . Saute over medium heat 5-7 minutes until garlic is fragrant and mushrooms are browned and very tender.


3.     Season with salt and pepper to taste and top with additional herbs if desired.


4.     Serve immediately.

TIP

Spoon over toasted bread or crostini for a simple bruschetta appetiser.
